Our Family Resource Center connects patient families to common community resources. We can help you navigate your loved one's medical care, get food and transportation assistance, sign up for public insurance, access the MyChart patient portal, and more.
If you need help, you may visit our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. You can find us in the Children’s Hospital – West lobby (not the new hospital tower).
If you have any questions, we're available by phone Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 909-558-4000 ext. 58919 or by email at familyresourcecenter@llu.edu.
