Thank you for your interest in the Loma Linda University Children's Health RN (LLUCH RN) Residency Program. We seek qualified individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to the mission of LLUH. We offer two to three cohorts per year. Applications are only accepted during the Open Application periods. Application Information
- Applicant is a graduate of a BSN or MSN program.
- Applicant is a BSN-prepared RN with a total of less than 12 months of nursing experience in any area by the start of the program.
- Applicant has a valid BLS for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association. NO EXCEPTIONS. A valid American Heart Association BLS card must be presented at the time of hire.
- In addition to a valid BLS certification, the certification requirements listed below must be completed within 90 days of hire.**
- Recommend completing all required certifications prior to the start of the RN residency
- All certification requirements must be issued by the American Heart Association and be EverCheck (primary source verification) compliant. Please double check with the site to ensure compliance.

Two letters of recommendation (preferably on letterhead) need to be attached to your application.
- Preferred: Two letters from clinical instructors
- If only one letter from a clinical instructor can be obtained, you may attach a second letter of recommendation from an employer
