Our new Children's Health Specialty Clinics building will bring 30 pediatric specialties together under one roof, making it easier for families to get expert care.
This one-hour wellness class is designed to help expectant mothers move more comfortably and confidently during pregnancy. Led by pelvic health physical therapists, the class focuses on the physical therapy side of prenatal care, including posture, ergonomics, body mechanics, and practical strategies to reduce discomfort and support everyday movement*.
